Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of PDF downloads and e-books are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products once the download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing a file you purchased, contact us at contact@parrishmentalism.com and we will resolve it promptly.
Physical Books
If your physical book arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@parrishmentalism.com with a photograph of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
We do not accept returns for change of mind on physical products.
Consulting Sessions
Consulting sessions may be canceled for a full refund provided notice is given at least 48 hours after purchase. Sessions missed without notice are non-refundable.
