A beginner’s guide to Numerology and Astrology-themed Mentalism. This 29-page PDF contains two audience-ready routines for those new to star sign work.
Pythagoras
A beginner-friendly Numerology sequence that covertly narrows down two possible star signs for your sitter. Minimal memory work, with a structure that gives performers new to readings a comfortable framework — no scrambling for what to say on the spot. Every input relates to the sitter’s life, uses only addition, follows the rules of genuine Numerology, is poetically justified, and completes quickly.
The Cosmic Word Divination
For those who love the idea of a Word Divination but don’t want to carry a book or use billets. In minutes, you create a list of 40–50 words on your phone that lives with you permanently. The participant thinks of a word connected to them — and before anything happens, you know the exact word. No dual reality, no fishing, no digital wizardry. This allows complete freedom in how you reveal the word, without the usual constraints of propless methods.
Over the last five years, Christopher Parrish has been sharing his approach to propless and minimalistic Mentalism with the community. Once a completely underground thinker within the space, his brand of thinking has since been praised by modern giants such as Marc Paul, Peter Turner, Lewis Le Val, and Pablo Amirá.
Number Psychic is an affordable excerpt from Absurd About Astrology: The Complete Works, serving as an introduction to Christopher’s approach — two audience-ready performance pieces and a clear sense of what to expect from the larger work. The price of this excerpt is redeemable against the price of Absurd About Astrology: The Complete Works for those who choose to invest in the full project.
